It was because of his association to poultry that the logo of a hen and rooster became his brand. Hen & Rooster is what many people consider "World's Finest Cutlery Since 1845." In 1983, The Hen & Rooster trademark was acquired by James Frost of Frost Cutlery. Frost Cutlery has continued the Hen & Rooster reputation of excellence.
