Worthless

Hands-Down the WORST NCO saber I have ever seen! Scabbard is boxy and square, Has a goofy little loop on the throat for some unknown reason. handle looks like trash, blade is a completely flat plate of cheap steel. Wobbles in the handle. Tassel showed up STAINED! Both looks and feels like a $20 costume piece.
