Claude Dozorme Knives dates back to 1902 when Blaise Dozorme, a steel worker, used his expertise to create a small knife-making shop in his home. His entrepreneurial spirit and dominant personality resulted in his peers naming him "the Wolf." A few decades later, the Dozorme firm would use this nickname as the basis for its logo and graphic identity. The Claude Dozorme brand specifically was born at the beginning of the 1980's when Claude, grandson of Blaise, decided to invest in tools and mechanization to expand and develop the business.
