VN5590608S9 Victorinox Vent Boning/Poultry Knife

Where's this little Gem been all my life? Great for poultry and just about anything else, makes a great precision paring knife. I also use it to cut Butcher paper and string etc. Nice and sharp and great handle feel. Love the chisel tip shape and the thin narrow blade. I bought two, one for the kitchen and one I wear outdoors in a belt sheath. Gonna use it on some Trout very soon. Good little knife, awesome price too!

Great price, real deal. I opted for a shipping box instead of an envelope just because it was just a buck or so more. Well packed, promptly shipped and I'm pleased. This would be a good "bird" knife, but I use them just for paring in the kitchen. Thumbs up.
