The TOPS Silent Hero knife is 11 5/8" overall. 5 5/8" black river wash 1095 high carbon steel blade with thumb ridge and finger guard with lashing slot. Full tang. Black linen micarta handles with Rocky Mountain tread and finger choil. Lanyard hole. Embossed black leather belt sheath with OD green nylon cord leg ties and TOPS survival whistle. Certificate of Authenticity. Designed by Anton Du Plessis who is the Chief of Operations for the Specialized Interdiction Unit of the Silent Heroes Foundation. It is our intention at TOPS to ensure that a portion of all sales of the Silent Hero knife are used to help the Silent Heroes Foundation in their endeavors. Bulk packed. Made in the USA.

Silent hero Knife review

This knife is exactly what I have been looking for. I put this knife and the ESSE #6 at the top of the list for all around Field, Survival, Bush Knives...which can do tactical duty too. Very nice shape, ergonomic handle, thinner than many, but I like that, because with gloves on it does not feel like a 2x4!! Fantastic blade shape and grind, good finger guard which ALL knives should have, large enough to work, not so large as to get in the way. Good choil for choking up, and last but not least ..a real quality leather sheath!! I am fed up with plastic....for me..this knife should do what ever I ask, and do it well.

Another great blade from TOPS

I love the shape of this knife. Long blade but not too thick so you can do some great fine work with it. As always Tops does a great job with their 1095. I got a custom Kydex sheath for it from Yellowhawk Customs and now I've got the perfect bushcraft kit.

Great Knife and even better shipping!

I just recieved my TOPS Silent Hero from ya'll. I ordered it on 7/3/2015 and even with the weekend and the holiday it was delievered today! I spent a few hours looking for this blade and everybody was sold out except for here. The price was even a couple dollars cheaper than the other websites I frequent.
