Superior!

I purchased this knife for cutting up all of the local fruits and veggies. Not costly at all and I was not expecting the quality and sharpness of this knife! The blade is flexible and the tiny teeth go through everything with little trouble at all. It also works very well on bread!

These are my favourite knives. I have one similar, also made in Germany, that I wanted to get again. I couldn't find the brand anymore. Luckily, I came upon this company, and ordered 2 black handled and 1 red. These are pretty much exact to the old one I have. They are perfect. Don't let the serrated blade fool you, it still can cut skin and draw blood, if you overshoot the potatoe like I did....lol I will be ordering again in the future if/or/as needed. Discount Cutlery has been an asset, and the ordering, shipping and receiving of the products, top notch.

I have one small knife that my family and I fight over but it is now dull. I searched the internet for a quality knife. This one got great reviews....so I bought 3 black and one red one . We all love these knives!
