38 1/2" overall. 31 3/4" sharpened 5160 mar quenched spring steel fullered blade. Dismountable. Single hand sword. Black leather handle with steel cruciform hilt and wheel pommel. Black leather scabbard with steel fittings. Our Tinker Early Medieval Swords are single-hand Oakeshott Type XII pieces, with sharp and blunt versions with identical handling characteristics. The sharp is fullered for about two thirds of its length, with a flattened diamond section out towards the tip. The cruciform hilt is attractive and functional.
