Nemesis Knives was founded in 2001 by knife-maker Jeff Hall. Jeff started in the cutlery and firearms business as a manufacturer's representative in 1988 and continued in that profession until 1997 when he met Ralph Freer, a custom knife maker. Freer shared his knife making experience and Jeff made and sold his first linerlock pocket knife in 1998. He started the business in 2001 to introduce interesting and functional tools to a wider audience. Nemesis Knives has since grown exponentially and is now a full production knife company collaborating with the world's top knife makers and designers.
