NXN12 NexTool NEX 12 Walker Airweight Baton

I've recently purchased all three (3) sizes of the NexTool Walker Airweight Batons here on Discount Cutlery (the 12", 16" and 20"). I have been collecting batons for several decades, and these were my first purchases of the NexTool brand (also sold under the name Nex, NexTorch, and Xiaomi). These are manufactured in China by the Chinese giant Xiaomi Corporation (perhaps, you are familiar with their smartphones, which are the third most owned smartphones in the world, behind only #1 Samsung and #2 Apple). Like their smartphones, the quality of these batons are outstanding. Until the purchase of these batons, I used to think that ASP, Monadnock, and United Terra were the only makers of high-end batons. THESE ARE JUST AS GOOD AT ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER THREE BRANDS I JUST MENTIONED. A few comments on button (and cap) lock batons in general. Regardless of the brand, because of the very nature of their design that allows them to be closed with the push of a button (as apposed to friction lock batons that require you to slam them down on a concrete, metal, or similar hard surface to close), there is a little bit of "wobble" or "play" between the telescoping sections of the batons when in the open position. This is common with this brand, as well as the other three (3) high-end brands I previously mentioned. I bring this up just as a warning. If you want a baton that is 100% rigid in the extended position, your only option is a friction lock baton. In conclusion, these are the most affordable, high-end button lock batons I have found.
