"Genuine Ram Horn"
The knife is smooth at the bolster transitions and around the pins. The back spring produces excellent walk and talk and it will lay flat in two positions. Looking at the spring there is a tiny sliver of horn about a half an inch long missing between it (the handle) and the liner causing a minuscule gap and some light leak. The blade has half stops, opens smooth with a pull I rate a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale. The blade is not centered when closed, but doesn't rub, and does not wobble when open. The blade comes wicked sharp and has a fine reverse etch. The genuine Ram's Horn is alluring. I love it that's why I'm getting the whole set. Although mine has some minor fit and finish issues, at less than $17, it still gets 5 stars.
