Mr.

Not what I was expecting, but rather a a small bit of steel coated with diamond dust. That said, I am not disappointed. I keep it in my desk at work, where it does not take up much space in the drawer. It has been quick useful for a quick sharpening of my pocket knife. For a more complete sharpening job, one would need a more sizeable hone.
