HEAdesigns Knives Warranty

All of the products on HEAdesigns are guaranteed against material defects and workmanship, and they carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original consumer purchaser. If the product is materially defective, then we will do our best to fix the issue. If there is no way to fix the issue we will offer you a replacement product or your money back. Discontinued items that are not repairable will be exchanged for items of equal value.

It is possible if the product has been used significantly or improperly, the useful life of the product can be exceeded and no work can be done to improve the condition of said product. In order to get service under this warranty, you will need to send the product prepaid, together with an explanation of the defect.

The warranty is void if the product has been used or abused beyond normal wear and tear, altered from its original stock condition, improperly sharpened (for knives), improperly used (spine pressure or lateral force on knives for example), modified, misused, lost, stolen, neglected, or used for an unintended purpose. This determination will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
