In 1906, Dovo Steel Ware was a small firm set up by the founders, Dorp and Voos. It was a razor shop near Solingen, Germany. During WWII, Dovo made scissors and electric razors which became very popular. The company has continued to expand offering hair-dressing tools, scissors, razors, shaving equipment, shaving brushes, razor blades, shaving sets, and razor knives.
