Deejo Warranty

Thank you for your confidence and interest in our Deejo knives. We take great care in the craft and making of our products so that you can enjoy and use them for years to come.

The screws and metal parts (blade, clip, handle) comprising your knife are guaranteed for life. The plate which adorns the handle of your knife is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
To enjoy these guarantees, simply register your Deejo knife by completing the form on the Deejo website.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from an improper use of the product and the consequences resulting from a lack of maintenance of our knife such as rust and scratches. Are also excluded from the warranty any defect related to wear which would not result from a manufacturing defect, such as bent or damaged blade tips, deteriorated edge wires or any consequence of an inappropriate use of our products.
