The Denix is a sturdy replica with limited functionality but is ideal for static display or basic reenacting or film prop use The sling fitted at the factory is average quality but doesn’t appear correct for this model ( I think it’s avtually an MP40 sling) Ordering and Shipping was easy and quick, in fact it took longer to clear Australian Customs than it did to reach Australia. The STG 44 is a faithful reproduction of the original. I find the bolt action to be sturdy a realistic. The reproduction is as heavy as the real thing as I’ve held one before. The only drawback is the sling which is good but not great. Overall for the price it’s not a bad reproduction of the original.
