Coghlan's products are warranted to the original consumer to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one year from date of purchase. This warranty covers all components except bulbs and batteries and does not include replacement due to lost or misplaced parts or products. It does not cover deterioration due to normal wear or damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, accidents or unauthorized repairs.

Coghlan's will not be responsible for articles damaged due to use or misuse, alteration, negligence or accidents.
