BUC659CI Buck Creek Big Diamond Back Stockman Pocket Knife Cracked Ice

I started collecting knives about a year ago ~ first it was something to do while I was in chemo treatment for leukemia. Ingesting arsenic trioxide doesn't leave you with a lot of energy to play rugby. It became addictive and I found I liked the bigger stockman pocket knives. I bought everything the Americans made and thought I would try something German Made. Wow ~ was I surprised at the heft of these Buck Creek knives. This one had a gorgeous handle and very stout blades. I have them displayed and spend time just looking at them ~ they are some real beauties ~ maybe someday I'll actually use them ~ but for now they are just to look at. I'll give it five stars just for its fine finish and quality hand made craftsmanship. Reminds me of the way cars used to be made ~ tough and made to last.

I bought this knife as a gift for my dad. His dad carried one identical to it. We still have that knife however the blades will not stay open so when I was able to find this knife I was beyond elated. My dad fell in love with this knife. Well made knife. The picture doesn’t do it justice.
