Awesome tool
This is the best gardening, outback, camping tool around. I literally use it everyday in the garden because the sharp flat head is great for zucchini, squash and other prickly plants. Camping its a full on multiuser tool from bushwhacking to clever to firewood chopper. Highly recommend.

Nice looking knife, solidly built and sharp. Even the front edge is well an edge! But I call it a knife, not a machete. The 12" blade length lends it to a nice cleaver, but not a machete.

Interestingly disappointing
I like the concept. The design needs to have the handle shifted about 15 degrees so that it is a canted blow. Straight on doesn't lead to much force on larger branches. I like the chisel tip for fine working and in a sense I like the straight handle for this approach. This is a great batoning blade but sensless to carry it only to baton. Over-all I give it only 3 stars.

Secret Chopper
Solid Small Machete. Comes sharp and has a badass sheath. If you are looking for a 12" machete, look no further.
