ASP Warranty

ASP warrants its products to be free from defects in original workmanship and materials. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing, at our discretion, any ASP product or part thereof returned to us (prepaid) and found to be defective. Qualified warranty service will be provided free of charge for parts and labor.

Warranty does not cover improper use, cosmetic damage or normal wear-and-tear, or misuse. Misuse voids any warranty, expressed or implied. Products not qualifying for warranty service will be repaired at a nominal charge if returned (prepaid) to ASP, Inc.

This original manufacturing warranty covers most ASP products for life. Sentry Batons carry a 1-year warranty. Expired or used Defender Inserts and depleted batteries are not covered by warranty. Product-specific warranty information is found in the clamshell card in the packaging.
