Cermaic Honing sticks make big impact
Many people here are unaware of how to take care of a sharp knife. With some coaching (as to how to achieve a constant 22 degree angle) our sales of ceramic sticks are going very well. Excellent product, great price point!

I use the AC 46 Ceramic Sharpening Stick after using any of my knives. A few strokes and you are good to go. A little maintenance goes a long way.
