Old F....t

Purchased 3 for Christmas gifts for family members. I have owned one of these for 5 years and it is fantastic!. When you slide a blade across it.....it leaves a thin grey line. This is metal that is removed proving it does actually sharpen a blade. To clean us a few drops of dish soap & water. Other sites sell similar for $$ more. Fast shipping too.

Just what I was looking for. The larger diameter surface stays clean longer before having to wash ceramic with scouring powder and water. The surface is a little rough at first but with use it’s doing just fine.
