Return Policy - Merchandise received damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or replacement. Please include a note with an explanation of the problem and a copy of the invoice. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
Non defective merchandise returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy pertains only to merchandise received by us in its original condition and within a 30 day period of your invoice date.
Items received after the 30 days from the invoice date will be rated at our discretion.
We accept the following types of payment:
- All Major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card transactions are secured by PayPal Payment Services.
- PayPal: Please be advised that a valid PayPal account is required for this payment method.
- Domestic or International Money Order in US dollars.

If paying by check, products will not be shipped until the check clears our bank.
Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 fee.
International orders - Buyer assumes all risk of loss of any confiscations made by customs.
- USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International services are offered for international orders. A tracking number is provided with both services, however USPS does not guarantee that First Class Mail packages are scanned and updated until delivery. This means that if you select USPS First Class Mail International as your shipping method, you may be updated continuously until your package is delivered or you may only be updated once. Because of this policy by the USPS, packages sent First Class Mail International cannot be determined 'lost', 'confiscated' or 'stolen' and therefore are NOT ELIGIBLE for a replacement or refund. We DO NOT recommend selecting USPS First Class Mail International service and advise customers select the USPS Priority Mail International service. By selecting USPS First Class Mail International and agreeing to these Term and Conditions during the Check Out process, you - the customer - are assuming all risk of a 'lost', 'confiscated' or 'stolen' package by the USPS First Class Mail International Service.
International Customers can be pay for orders with PayPal. Credit Cards are also accepted as long as all billing information is validated by the issuing credit card company.
Please allow up to 2 - 6 weeks for delivery on international orders. Customs office backups and delays can push delivery up to 6 weeks and we apologize we have no control over these delays.
Any additional taxes, duties and customs clearance fees are not included in our shipping fee. Please contact your local customs office for the specifics that apply in your area.
